Galaxy Note vs. SII LTE and a TOR Question

I'm looking at the Galaxy Note or SII LTE for my next phone, but I was wondering what differences there are between the two? Aside from the size, better screen resolution and the S-pen, what else does the Note offer that the SII LTE doesn't? Are there any big hardware differences? From what I've seen, there really doesn't seem to be any big ones. Does the Rogers SII LTE have Gorilla Glass? I'm fairly certain that the Note does. Besides the CPU and GPU, are there any other differences with international version of the Note? I wonder if Rogers will carry the SII HD when it comes out. All these choices are getting confusing...

Having smaller hands, I think that handling the Note could be a challenge. I'm hoping to go to a Rogers store to try them both to see which one is better for me.

Lastly, I've had an account with Rogers for 10+ years, but the account was started under my father's name. I am the one who takes care of the account and pays the bill, and was now thinking of putting it under my name. The question I have is, would doing a TOR reset the length of time the account has been with Rogers? I'm not sure if having the account under my name is worth any potential headaches.

Sorry for all the questions and thanks in advance!
